Citizen Engagement (DEMO) - Integral Solution for reporting incidents detected in the street by the citizens
"Citizen Engagement" is an Integral Solution (Mobile + Web) specifically designed for Cities and Towns that allows citizens to take pictures on the problems detected on the street ( lights that do not work, bump, storm uprooted trees, overwhelmed garbage containers, etc ), and so requesting repair the problem to the local authorities.
Thus, the city authorities may have a pro-active approach to solving these problems by appealing to the engagement and responsibility of citizens in each neighborhood.
In addition, the app includes an Emergency section where the neighbor may request immediate assistance to the Monitoring Center from 3 buttons defined for this purpose:

In each case, the app automatically send an SMS with the current position of the citizen and make an automated phone call to the Support Center.
"Citizen Engagement" is an integral solution that includes the following services:
